2019 Accommodation

Accommodation will be held at the following hotels. We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Within 30 days of the conference you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, and no-shows, will be subject to the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.

Changes to check out dates will incur a one night room charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 30 – 22  will incur a one night accommodation change.

Cancellations within 21 days or less of arrival, and no-shows, will be subject to the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.

Bookings

You can book accommodation when registering for the conference. The online registration form allows you to book any available rooms.

You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the conference.

Extended Bookings

Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Payment

Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.

Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
